A new generation of semi-automatic filling machines is delivering operational improvements in dairy production. Leading Irish dairy Arrabawn Co-Op is the first to install the new Autokap™ 620 FC Dairy Filler which offers a number of enhancements over older machines including

• A completely redesigned filling head which is mechanically simpler with fewer moving parts, a reduced number of seals and a modified fill valve, for increased durability and long-term reliability

• Design and manufacture to European Hygienic Engineering Design Group specifications for ultra-clean filling of a wide range of products

• A choice of filling options - Arrabawn is filling the bag inside the box but plastic, stainless steel or roller packaging tables can also be specified for insertion of the bags into boxes after filling

The installation was carried out in association with Rapak's agent in Ireland, Packaging Industries. In addition, Rapak is supplying all the bags as part of a complete packaging solution for Arrabawn.
