Intasept™ 2400 Single-Head Semi Automatic Aseptic filler for the 32mm gland format can fill:

• 5 litre bags at up to 4 bags per minute
• 10 litre bags at up to 3 bags per minute

Filler Description

• The Intasept™ 2400 Single-Head Semi-Automatic Aseptic range can fill bags from 2 to 30-litres in capacity.
• Bags are manually loaded into the filler. After filling, they are released to the rear of the machine for loading into boxes.
• The fill table can be adjusted to allow manual filling of 210 litre bags into drums (available as option).
• Two fillers can be installed as an integrated pair for twin-head operation.
• Intasept™ 2400 is available with 16mm or 32mm fill head. The filler is available in a qualified version for biomedical and pharmaceutical applications.
