Sterikap™ 1690 Single-Head Fully-Automatic Aseptic filler can fill:
- 5 litre bags at 6 to 8 bags per minute
- 10 litre bags at 6 to 7 bags per minute
- 20 litre bags at 4 to 5 bags per minute
Sterikap™ 1620 Single-Head Fully-Automatic Extended Shelf Life (ESL) filler can fill:
- 5 litre bags at 10 to 12 bags per minute
- 10 litre bags at 9 to 11 bags per minute
- 20 litre bags at 6 to 8 bags per minute
Filler Description
- The Sterikap™ 1600 is a Single-Head Fully-Automatic bag filler ideal for a range of Aseptic and Extended Shelf Life (ESL) liquid products.
- The filler can fill bags from 1.5 to 25 litres in capacity fitted with a variety of taps, caps and tubes.
- Sterikap™ 1600 uses Servo motors to provide high speed consistent production. Bags are automatically loaded into boxes or crates.
- The fill chamber and all product lines are automatically cleaned in place (CIP) after each production run and sterilized in place (SIP) before each run.
- The fill chamber is fully enclosed and sterility is maintained during production with a combination of steam, sterilant water or sterile air.
- Up to four fillers can be installed as integrated pairs for high output applications.
