Aseptic Filling System Maximises Shelf Life And Product Quality

Two Intasept® aseptic bag-in-box systems from Rapak are providing a 100% guaranteed sterile filling operation across a range of products from Dayla Liquid Packing, the UK's largest independent bag in box filler.

The two Intasept® lines handle a variety of products including fruit juices, vegetable juices, soft drink syrups and sauces, filling many pack sizes including 2, 3, 5, 10, 20, 25 and bulk 200 litres.

With an increasing emphasis on preservative-free products, the Intasept® system ensures the total sterile transfer of product from filler to bag, to maximise ambient shelf life to in excess of six months.
